Green beans with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 300 g green beans, sliced
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g mushrooms, small
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sauté the leek and onion in the margarine, add the green beans, and fry. Pour in the vegetable stock, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the vegetable oil and thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
