Green berry compote with vanilla yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 kiwis
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 20 g starch flour
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 150 g
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Peel and chop the fruit. Mix the fruit cubes with lemon and apple juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little water, pour it into the boiling mixture, and bring to a boil again. Transfer the porridge to a glass bowl or serving dish and let it cool. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and serve with the well-chilled porridge.
