Green Cucumber Salad

The perfect green cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Green cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chives rolls
  • 3 Borage leaves fresh
  1. Wash the cucumber, peel it and then cut it into very fine slices.
  2. Remove the thick leaf rib from the borage leaves and dice the rest very finely. Mix thoroughly with all the other ingredients and cover and leave to steep for about an hour. Now season to taste and add seasoning if necessary.
  3. I served my cucumber salad garnished with chive blossoms. They are edible and have a strong, spicy taste.
