Green Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 1 head Green salad
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 fried chicken slices
  • Dressing of your choice, I took a French dressing.

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the parsley, transfer to a large bowl.
  • Wash and pluck the salad and set aside.
  • Peel the cucumber, cut in half and cut fine trances. Add to the parsley.
  • Wash the cerro tomatoes, halve them and add to the parsley and cucumber with the green lettuce and mix well. Serve with dressing.
  • Serve the chicken breasts with seasoning and a juicy roast.
