Ingredients
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 head Green salad
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 fried chicken slices
- Dressing of your choice, I took a French dressing.
Instructions
- Finely chop the parsley, transfer to a large bowl.
- Wash and pluck the salad and set aside.
- Peel the cucumber, cut in half and cut fine trances. Add to the parsley.
- Wash the cerro tomatoes, halve them and add to the parsley and cucumber with the green lettuce and mix well. Serve with dressing.
- Serve the chicken breasts with seasoning and a juicy roast.
