Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta, green
- 250 g scallop(s), fresh or frozen
- 40 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch parsley
- some Parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the finely chopped garlic for a while. Add the scallops, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender. Finally, add the finely chopped parsley. Serve the pasta on two plates and top with the scallops and melted garlic butter. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
