Ingredients
- 200 g Green pea pods
- 500 ml Boiling water
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 portion Hollandaise sauce
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash the pea pods and cut off the ends with any flower roots.
- Put in boiling salted water and simmer gently for about 4 minutes. During this time, heat the hollandaise and season with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Drain the peas through a sieve, arrange on plates and serve nappied with lemon hollandaise.
