Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Green pea pods
  • 500 ml Boiling water
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 portion Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash the pea pods and cut off the ends with any flower roots.
  • Put in boiling salted water and simmer gently for about 4 minutes. During this time, heat the hollandaise and season with the freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Drain the peas through a sieve, arrange on plates and serve nappied with lemon hollandaise.
