Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch lovage
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 40 g almond flakes
  • 50 g Parmesan or other hard cheese
  • 1 shot of lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop all ingredients in a blender, add salt and pepper.
