Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • 2 cups shrimp (pickled in brine)
  • 100 g bacon, streaky, diced
  • 400 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 50 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 4 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp parsley, dried
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

High-calorie, super-tasty pasta dish – almost everyone loves it!

Sauté the diced bacon, preferably without fat. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes. Then add the shrimp without the brine and fry for another 2 minutes. Dust with the curry powder, stir well, and then deglaze with the cream. Melt the cheese spread in the sauce and season to taste with a little more curry, if desired. I always use very high-quality curry, so you don’t need as much. Season with salt. Cook the tagliatelle to taste and arrange in nests on deep plates. Spoon the sauce on top and sprinkle with the walnuts. If that’s too much cream for you, you can also replace a cup of cream with milk. But it won’t taste as delicious as with cream.
