Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of tuna
- 250 g tagliatelle, green
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 20 g processed cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- black pepper
- white pepper
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted water as usual (about 10 minutes). Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the drained tuna, and fry gently for about 1 minute. Add the cream, stir, and wait until everything is simmering gently. Add the crème fraîche and the processed cheese, stir, and season to taste with a little salt, black and white pepper, and grated nutmeg (you may need to thicken the sauce slightly). Drain the pasta, arrange it on plates with the sauce, and serve. Enjoy!
