Green Salad with Baked Goat Cheese
The perfect green salad with baked goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 head Radicchio
- 2 Heads Romaine lettuce
- 1 packet Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Fresh thyme
- 1 packet Goat cheese
- Honey liquid
- 1 piece Fresh mango
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 2 El White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 El Rapeseed oil
- Honey dijon mustard
- 1 packet Maultaschen Swabian
- 1 packet Roasted sunflower seeds
- Wash and cut salads and place in a bowl. Wash and chop tomatoes as well, add.
- Peel the mango and cut into strips, place on a baking sheet. Cut the goat cheese roll (here I prefer the one made by the President) into slices and spread over the mango pieces. Top with thyme, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with honey. Grill in the oven at 250 degrees for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook Maultaschen (I love the traditional version of Bürger) according to the instructions on the packet, then cut into strips and fry in a coated pan until golden-brown.
- Lightly roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and let them cool.
- For the dressing, mix together vinegar, water and oil, add mustard and season with spices; Spread over the salad.
- Arrange salad on plates and garnish with goat cheese thalers and the Maultaschen strips as well as sunflower seeds.
