Green salad with cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 150 g sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the lettuce, and spin dry thoroughly. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Mix the cream with lemon juice, sugar, and a little salt until the mixture thickens slightly. Season to taste. Toss the lettuce leaves in the cream sauce and serve immediately.
