Green salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and sultanas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce, of your choice
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 5 tbsp oil, preferably neutral
  • 30 g sultanas
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

To make the dressing, first combine the juice of half a lemon with the balsamic vinegar and the spices until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the oil, followed by the sultanas. Mix everything well and let stand for about an hour. Wash the lettuce, spin it dry, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Peel and halve the cucumber, if desired. Remove the seeds and dice the flesh. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
