Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g pineapple
  • 100 ml coconut cream
  • 8 cl coconut milk
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar, 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and puree the pineapple, bring to a boil with the coconut cream, coconut milk, lemon juice, and gelling sugar. After 4 minutes of boiling, pour into jars and seal. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
