Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple or mango
  • 1 handful of chard or leaf spinach
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

All ingredients are placed in a blender and blended until the desired consistency is reached. You can choose any fruit. The goal is to dissolve the chlorophyll in the green leaves. Fruit gives the mixture its great flavor! Fat or oil is important, and make sure you use good fats; coconut oil is very suitable. The amounts of apple juice and water are only approximate, as this depends on your taste.
