Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g mango pulp, fresh
- 70 g carrot(s), peeled
- 20 g spinach
- 50 ml apple juice, organic
Instructions
Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes
with mango, carrot and spinach
Roughly dice the mango flesh and thinly slice the carrots. Place the mango cubes in a tall mug along with the carrots, spinach, and apple juice. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
