Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 bananas
  • 0.33 avocados
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 ice cubes
  • ½ liter still water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The perfect drink on warm days

Quarter and core the apple and pear. Peel and core the banana and avocado. Squeeze the lemon. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
