Green Spinach and Peach Smoothie

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g fresh leaf spinach
  • 300 g peach(s)
  • 175 g cucumber(s)
  • 100 ml still mineral water (alternatively tap water)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch of vanilla, ground real

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the fruit and vegetables thoroughly, dry them, and roughly chop them. Blend them with the other ingredients in a blender until you have a creamy smoothie, ideally enjoying immediately. If you don’t use it all right away, you can store the leftovers in the brown glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The specified quantities are sufficient for about 3/4 liter of fresh smoothie. The smoothie has a very mild and only slightly sweet flavor. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little ripe banana, dried dates, or agave syrup.
