Strawberry-pepper juice with kiwi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, organic or local, ripe and aromatic
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), organic, red
  • 200 g apples, organic, aromatic variety such as Topaz or Jonagold
  • 2 kiwi(s), organic, ripe and aromatic

Wash, quarter, and core the apples, but do not peel them. Wash, quarter, and core the bell peppers. Peel the kiwi thinly. Wash the strawberries and remove the green parts. Juice the bell peppers and apples on level I of the juicer (for hard fruits and vegetables). Then juice the strawberries and kiwi on level II of the juicer (for soft fruits and vegetables) and stir the juice well. Note: This juice is very rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect and is essential for the formation and maintenance of bones and connective tissue. Vitamin C also supports the body’s immune system and contributes to healthy skin and gums. Because vitamin C is very sensitive to light and heat, the juice is best consumed immediately or stored in a tightly sealed, dark bottle in the refrigerator (1 to max. 2 days).
