Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 1 broccoli
- 10 leaves of wild garlic
- salt and pepper
- 300 ml vegetable stock

Separate the broccoli into florets and briefly sauté with the finely chopped zucchini. Then add the vegetable stock and the finely chopped, peeled potatoes. Wash the wild garlic, cut into fine strips, and add. Set aside about two leaves for later. Let everything cook until the vegetables are soft. Then puree with a hand blender until no coarse pieces remain. Finally, cut the two wild garlic leaves into strips, add to the soup, and season with salt and pepper.
