Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch radishes, cleaned
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice or grate the radishes. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients, pour it over the radishes, mix well, and let it sit for a while.
