Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg greengage, pitted
- ½ lemon(s)
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes
Halve the pitted greengage. Place in a saucepan and mix with the gelling sugar. Add the lemon juice and grated zest to the greengage. Bring to a boil slowly, then simmer for 4 minutes. Then pour into clean jars and cover. After about 5 minutes, turn the jam upside down and let it cool.
