Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 18 anchovies, pickled from the jar
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- Parsley, flat, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Top an amuse-bouche spoon with thinly sliced garlic leaves. Top each with three marinated anchovy fillets. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
