Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp oat bran (oat bran flakes)
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 125 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 jar apple compote without sugar, 350 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Using a mixer’s dough hook, thoroughly mix the oat bran flakes, whole wheat flour, milk, egg whites, low-fat quark, and salt. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and fry the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and brown. Serve with apple compote.
