Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork or lamb, from the neck
  • 3 onions
  • 3 bay leaves, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • possibly vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Cut the meat into 2.5 x 2.5 cm pieces. Slice the onions. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, adding a dash of vinegar if desired. Let it marinate for 1 to 2 days. Then thread the meat onto skewers and grill (it doesn’t taste as good pan-fried).
