Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp oil
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- 125 ml sour cream
- some red wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the mushrooms and sauté in the oil for about 15 minutes. Add the minced meat and finely chopped onions, season, and cook. The minced meat should be nice and crumbly. Add a splash of red wine and finish with the cream. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
