Ingredients

  • 2 Pc. Organic limes
  • 50 g Tamarind paste from the jar
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Msp Banana curry powder
  • 1 Msp African Rub spice mix

Instructions

  • Wash the limes with hot water, rub dry and finely rub the peel. Squeeze out the juice. Mix everything together, season to taste and add a little sugar if necessary.
  • Dice any meat or other grilled food and let it stand in the marinade for at least 1 hour. Then put on metal skewers and grill.
  • The banana curry powder and African Rub are not everyday spices that everyone has at home. You can therefore leave them out, or see if you have other spices that go with it.
