Simple Grill Marinade
The perfect simple grill marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
After grilling
- 0,5 liter Whole milk
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 Branches Rosemary
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Wash the lamb and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and press down once. Briefly hold the rosemary stalk under hot water.
- Put a part of the lamb in a bowl, add a clove of garlic and a rosemary stalk and pour some milk on it. Repeat this process two more times until the garlic cloves and rosemary are used up.
- Cover the bowl and let it steep for at least 3 hours, or even better overnight.
- For grilling, the meat is simply removed from the marinade, drained briefly and then grilled.
- After grilling, pour salt and pepper over the top.
- This marinade goes for every piece of lamb and beef, regardless of whether it is a cutlet or steak.
