Simple Grill Marinade

The perfect simple grill marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

After grilling

  • 0,5 liter Whole milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Branches Rosemary
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the lamb and pat dry. Peel the garlic cloves and press down once. Briefly hold the rosemary stalk under hot water.
  2. Put a part of the lamb in a bowl, add a clove of garlic and a rosemary stalk and pour some milk on it. Repeat this process two more times until the garlic cloves and rosemary are used up.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it steep for at least 3 hours, or even better overnight.
  4. For grilling, the meat is simply removed from the marinade, drained briefly and then grilled.
  5. After grilling, pour salt and pepper over the top.
  6. This marinade goes for every piece of lamb and beef, regardless of whether it is a cutlet or steak.
