Grilled Bread

The perfect grilled bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Finely sifted spelled flour
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water (or beer)
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 2 Tl Sea salt
  • Dried herbs or spices to taste
  • Optionally chopped walnuts
  1. Knead all the ingredients into a smooth dough and let rise for at least 30 minutes. Shape flat cakes and let rise for another 15 minutes. Then place on the grill and brush with oil. Grill for 5 minutes on both sides.
