Ingredients
 

Grilled sausage

  • 1000 g Pork meat
  • 20 g Table salt
  • 7 g Rostbratwurst seasoning
  • 2 g Hot pepper
  • 2 g Pepper White
  • 1 g Marjoram
  • 1 g Nutmeg
  • 15 g Water

beer bread

  • 550 g Wheat flour type 550
  • 3 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Handful Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Handful Chili
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 400 ml Beer

Instructions
 

Grilled sausage

  • Finely grind the meat, then use a food processor to mix the minced meat together with all the spices. Then use a sausage filling machine to put the sausage meat in a pig's intestine (caliber 26/28). After the sausage, cook the raw grilled sausage at 70 degrees for 28 minutes. Then cool well and then grill.

beer bread

  • Put the flour with the ingredients in a mixing pot. Then add the beer until you have kneaded a homogeneous dough. Line the Dutch oven with baking paper. Then pour in the dough. Fill the Dutsch Oven with 8 grillis at the bottom and 16 grillis at the top. The bread is ready after 60 minutes!
