Grilled cheese with jacket potatoes and thyme beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g beans (princess)
  • some thyme
  • some black pepper
  • some salt
  • some chives
  • 100 g quark
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 2 pieces of cheese (grilled cheese)
  • 6 waxy potatoes
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Add the grilled cheese to a pan with a little butter and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Combine the quark with the heavy cream and stir until creamy. Finely chop the chives and add them to the quark, adding salt to taste. Drain the potatoes. Chop the beans into pieces about 1 cm thick, add plenty of butter to the pan, and heat the beans briefly to keep them crisp. Meanwhile, sprinkle the beans with plenty of thyme and pepper, if desired. Serve everything together on a plate and enjoy.
