Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small apple
- 1 large cucumber(s) , (pickle)
- 8 small radishes
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 8 tsp horseradish, finely grated
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 4 lettuce leaves, washed
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- 24 slices of salami
- 8 slices of toast, wholemeal if desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the cream cheese in a bowl, peel and finely chop the apple, wash and finely chop the radish, finely chop the pickle, and add it to the cream cheese. Add the finely grated horseradish and finely chopped chives to the cream cheese. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the slices of bread. Top four slices with salami, cut the lettuce into thin strips, place on top of the salami, and cover with the other slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches diagonally, if desired.
