Grilled Chocolate Cake with Whiskey Cream

The perfect grilled chocolate cake with whiskey cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Morello cherries glass
  • 40 ml Kirsch
  • 125 Pc. Liquid butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 2 Pc. Egg
  • 225 g Flour
  • 0,5 pck Baking powder
  • 1 el Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 blackboard Dark chocolate
  1. Drain the cherries, collect the cherry juice. Mix the cherries with the kirsch. Mix the butter and sugar until foamy, add the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa and add to the butter-sugar mixture. Drain the cherries, collect the cherry water and add to the batter. Stir everything until smooth. If the batter is too firm, add cherry juice. Cut the chocolate into large pieces. Grease glasses with butter. Divide half of the batter between the glasses, pour the cherries and chocolate pieces over them and cover with the remaining batter. Only fill glasses ¾ full. And bake on the grill over indirect heat at 200 degrees.
