Nougat and Cherry Dessert

The perfect nougat and cherry dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Nougat
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,5 l Milk
  • 1 Pr Ground cinnamon
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 2 packet Cream stiffener
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 50 g Grated chocolate
  • 1 Glass Sour cherries
  • 1,5 tbsp Food starch
  • 1,5 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 Chocolate decor leaves
  • 5 Mint leaves
  1. Drain the sour cherries and collect the juice. Mix 3 tablespoons of juice with the cornstarch, bring the rest of the juice and sugar to the boil, add the starch and bring to the boil, add the cherries, set aside and allow to cool.
  2. Cook a chocolate pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder, then stir in the finely diced nougat and cinnamon, set aside and cover with cling film (place directly on the pudding) so that no skin forms.
  3. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and sugar until stiff, carefully stir in the cream cheese and set aside about 5 tablespoons for decoration. Fold in the chocolate.
  4. First fill the glasses with approx. 3 tablespoons of the cherry mixture, then spread the cream on top. Now put the glasses in the fridge for 1 hour. Stir the pudding again until creamy and then carefully spread it over the cream so that the layers can be seen
  5. Put a dab of the leftover cream on the chocolate cream and decorate with the chocolate decoration.
  6. INFO: depending on the size of the glass, there are more or fewer dessert portions …. instead of making the cherry jelly yourself, you can also use the bought ones …. and if only adults eat you can spice up the cherry jelly with a little kirsch :)))) )
