- 2 chorizo
- 200 ml grappa, more if necessary

Portuguese meat sausage
Cut the chorizo several times crosswise, but do not cut all the way through, and place each piece on a clay grill. Fill the grill with approximately 100 ml of pomace brandy or grappa with at least 40% alcohol and light it with a long match. Grill the sausage until the flame extinguishes itself and the outside is crispy. Serve with baguette and olives.
