Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of feta cheese, definitely made from sheep’s milk
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- some oregano
- some savory
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the feta cheese horizontally. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread on the bottom half, place the top half on top, and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on the grill until the cheese is soft, turning once. Be sure to sandwich everything between the feta halves to prevent the seasoning from burning!
