Boil the sweet potato briefly in water for about 6-8 minutes, then slice. Slice the mushrooms into slightly thicker slices. Slice the onion into rings and the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Mix the butter with the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Thread the vegetables alternately onto a wooden skewer. Alternate sweet potato, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, sweet potato, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, etc. You can use whatever vegetables you like. I personally recommend adding the sweet potato. It adds a great flavor. Take a piece of aluminum foil, place the skewer on it, spread the butter in flakes over the skewer, and add the garlic clove. Place the feta cheese strips to the right and left of the skewer, then seal the foil like candy. Place the parcel on the grill and grill for about 20-25 minutes.
