Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 tomatoes, dried
- ½ chili pepper(s), without seeds
- 1 sprig(s) thyme, stripped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, stripped
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
Instructions

on the grill and in the oven
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, chili, thyme, rosemary, and garlic. Slice the onion and mix everything with the olive oil to make a marinade. Cut the feta cheese into two portions and place each slice on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread the marinade over the slices. Fold in the foil. Grill over moderate heat for 5-10 minutes.
