Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Meatballs with feta cheese

Cut the feta cheese into small cubes, mince the garlic cloves, and mix everything with the ground beef. Add the herbs and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix everything well and form flat meatballs. It’s best to let the meatballs rest for two hours, then grill them until browned and crispy. Serve with salsa sauce and ciabatta bread.
