  • 4 beef roulade(s) from the leg
  • oil
  • pepper
  • Mustard for spreading
  • 4 slice(s) smoked bacon (large and thin slices)

Instructions

a slightly different way of making roulades

Lightly pound the roulades with the heel of your hand, rub them with oil, season with pepper, and spread with mustard. Place bacon slices the size of the meat on top and roll tightly into roulades. Skewer the roulades with several skewers or toothpicks at the appropriate distance, then cut between the skewers. Thread the roulades onto the skewers. Grill slowly over low heat.
