- 4 portions of redfish fillet(s), Victoria perch, cod or tilapia (180 g each)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, melted

Quick, the recipe can be cooked with many different types of fish.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, and brush them with a mixture of lemon juice and butter. Grill under the preheated grill for 5 minutes per side. The fish stays super juicy and delicious. Rosemary potatoes go perfectly with this dish.
