Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chops
  • ½ tube(s) mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 shot of Maggi
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice mix (grill spice)
  • 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper
  • 25 ml oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

with mustard

First, dice the onions into small cubes. Mix all ingredients together, except for the meat. Place the meat in a bowl and marinate for about 12 hours. Cook the chops on the grill.
