Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of cream puffs (frozen, 20 pieces)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g chocolate (block chocolate, preferably dark)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 pinch(s) of cinnamon, if desired

Pour the profiteroles directly from the package into a mold (they shouldn’t be layered). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler while you whip the cream. Combine the egg with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and coffee, then stir the cream into the chocolate. Stir in the egg mixture until smooth. Pour over the profiteroles and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
