Grilled minced meat sandwiches

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 feta cheese, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • 12 slice(s) of bread, can also be older bread

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix in the egg and grated feta. Spread the minced meat on the sandwiches (slices of bread) about 0.5 cm thick and press it down firmly with a fork. Grill the side with the minced meat first, then the other side. Don’t worry, the minced meat won’t fall off. Serve with ketchup or tzatziki.
