Arabic bread prepared on the grill

Put the sugar, lukewarm water, and yeast in a bowl. Let it rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Knead the flour with the olive oil and the yeast, water, and sugar mixture slowly for 10 minutes in a food processor or by hand. Add a little salt. Place in a bowl greased with olive oil, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until it has roughly doubled in size. Then knead the dough again briefly and divide it into 10-12 pieces. Roll each piece out into flatbreads about 1/2 cm wide. Let the flatbreads rise for another 20 minutes, then grill them on the grill over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes per side. The bread tastes best fresh and is excellent for dipping in barbecue sauce.
