Super simple grilled bread with yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

few ingredients, super quick and easy

Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Then stir in the yogurt and olive oil. If the dough is too stiff, you can add a little more yogurt. Then knead everything thoroughly and shape into small loaves or flatbreads and place them on the grill. Be careful, the small loaves quickly turn brown on the outside but aren’t quite cooked through on the inside. So it’s best to set some aside. You can also try the filled versions with ham and cheese, peppers, olives, or herbs. I incorporated wild garlic pesto into my last batch. Highly recommended.
