Grilled Red Pepper Salad
The perfect grilled red pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Pointed peppers, or other peppers according to taste
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- Optional:
- Tellicherry pepper
- Onion
- Parsley, etc.
- Here I used it as an accompaniment to a sea bream and therefore kept it simple.
- Cut open the bell peppers, remove the stalk, seeds and white skins, rinse with cold water, allow to drain.
- Now you have several options … you can put the peppers on the grill, put them in the oven under the grill, or put them in a hot air fryer. In the oven for approx. 10 minutes and in the air fryer for approx. 8 minutes at 200 ° C. You have to look on a grill … until the skin starts to turn black.
- Immediately afterwards place in a thin bag, close it loosely and let it cool down a little.
- Then remove the skins, cut into pieces and marinate with salt, oil and vinegar. Add other ingredients if you like.
