Grilled Salad
The perfect grilled salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Seasoning oil and dressing
- 75 ml Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
vegetables
- 1 Eggplant fresh
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Yellow peppers
- 2 Red pointed peppers
- 6 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
to sprinkle
- Herder cheese
also
- Chinese cabbage fresh
Seasoning oil and dressing
- Mix the oil with paprika powder, salt, pepper and the peeled, finely chopped garlic clove.
- Remove 2 tablespoons of the seasoning oil and mix with vinegar, honey and mustard
vegetables
- Wash the zucchini and aubergine in slices, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into strips.
- Peel the onion, cut in half and slice. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices. Peel and halve the garlic.
- Brush a grill pan with a little spice oil and gradually grill the vegetables while brushing them with a little spice oil – remove, season and keep warm –
Sideboard
- Put some Chinese cabbage on a plate, spread the grilled vegetables over it and drizzle with a little dressing, serve with diced herder cheese
