Fish: Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Colorful Vegetable Salad

the skewers

  • 20 piece Fresh big prawns
  • 50 g Butter
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce dark and thick

the salad

  • 3 piece Cooked potatoes
  • 0,5 piece Zucchino
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 0,5 piece Freshly diced cucumber
  • 1 Cup Cooked peas
  • 1 Cup Freshly cooked green beans
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 0,5 a cup Sour cream or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Put the prawns on a skewer.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the soy sauce. Brush the prawn skewers with it and let it steep for about 1 hour.
  3. Grill as usual for about 1 – 2 minutes on each side.

the salad

  1. Dice the potatoes. Likewise the bell pepper, the cucumber and the zucchino. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  2. Mix all vegetables together with the cooked and cooled peas and beans.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix well and let it steep for about 2 hours.
  4. Season again if necessary.
