the skewers
- 20 piece Fresh big prawns
- 50 g Butter
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce dark and thick
the salad
- 3 piece Cooked potatoes
- 0,5 piece Zucchino
- 0,5 piece Red peppers
- 0,5 piece Freshly diced cucumber
- 1 Cup Cooked peas
- 1 Cup Freshly cooked green beans
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 0,5 a cup Sour cream or sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and pepper
the skewers
- Put the prawns on a skewer.
- Melt the butter and mix it with the soy sauce. Brush the prawn skewers with it and let it steep for about 1 hour.
- Grill as usual for about 1 – 2 minutes on each side.
the salad
- Dice the potatoes. Likewise the bell pepper, the cucumber and the zucchino. Cut the spring onion into rings.
- Mix all vegetables together with the cooked and cooled peas and beans.
- Mix the sour cream with the vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and sugar and pour over the salad. Mix well and let it steep for about 2 hours.
- Season again if necessary.
