Grilled sea bream

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sea bream(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the washed and gutted sea bream with salt and pepper, fill the belly pocket with herbs (you can be very flexible here depending on your taste and what you have in stock), then carefully drizzle in a little olive oil so that nothing leaks out. Halve the lemon, squeeze some juice from one half and add it to the fish. Slice the other half and cover the outside of the fish with it. Place the fish with the lemon slices in a pair of tongs and then grill on both sides at a moderate heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Remove the outer lemon slices to serve. These only serve as a protective layer and ensure the fish stays nice and juicy.
