Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick side dish to lamb, steak or fish

Cut a cross-shaped cut into the top of the tomatoes’ skin and fold the corners slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Tear the thyme into small sprigs. Sprinkle half a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese over each tomato and place a small sprig of thyme on top. Grease the dish, place the tomatoes in it, and bake under the preheated grill in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
